She has also taught in special programs at the Boston Conservatory of Music (her alma mater), Massasoit Community College, and in her private studio. She is also on the faculty at Bridgewater State University, where she teaches Performances Studies Voice, Voice Class I and Voice Class II, Lyric Diction and Opera Ensemble.
Bizinkauskas currently teaches classical voice at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Other benefit concerts include those for the Knights of Lithuania New England District Scholarship Fund and the Baltic-American Society of New England. State Park in WV has been the location for many of our recent reunions. She organized and performed in 10 benefit concerts for Lithuanian Children’s Relief. She produced and performed in several dozen cultural concerts, most recently the Cultural Evening for the Knights of Lithuania 100 Anniversary Concert. She continues to be a frequent performer throughout the Northeast and in the Lithuanian community. She has presented recitals at the Philharmonic Hall in Vilnius Lithuania for the Sugrižimai Arts Festival, the recital hall in Marijampole, Lithuania, and at the Anthracite Heritage Museum in Scranton, PA. She was the soprano soloist in Verdi’s Requiem with the Thunder Bay Orchestra (Canada) and again in Los Angeles. She has been a guest artist with the Kaunas Philharmonic Orchestra, South Jersey Symphony, Brockton Symphony and Boston Bel Canto Opera.

She has also performed leading roles in Germany and Canada. Bizinkauskas has performed leading roles in Lithuania at the Vilnius National Opera House, including Cio-Cio San in Madama Butterfly and Musetta in La Boheme, and at the Kaunas Regional Opera Theater, again in the role of Cio-Cio San, and Hana Glawari in Linksmoji Našlė ( The Merry Widow). She performed in concert at the Metropolitan Opera House in New York City and went on to apprentice at the Santa Fe Opera. She completed her Master of Music degree in Opera Performance under the tutelage of Boris Goldovsky at the Curtis Institute of Music, and won the Metropolitan Opera National Auditions. Maryte Bizinkauskas began her operatic vocal training at the Boston Conservatory of Music, earning a Bachelor of Music degree in Opera Performance under the guidance of John Moriarty (longtime director Central City Opera) and Iride Pilla, senior classical voice instructor.
